Nursing Tea with Anise and Fennel
Pharmacopoeial Grade Herbs
Ingredients: Organically grown bitter fennel fruit (32%)*, organically grown aniseed fruit (20%)*, organically grown coriander fruit (12%)*, organically grown spearmint leaf*, organically grown West Indian lemongrass leaf, organically grown lemon verbena leaf*, organically grown marshmallow root*, organically grown fenugreek seed (2%)*, organically grown blessed thistle herb (2%)*.

Preparation: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Dosage: Drink 3 to 5 cups daily. Sweeten with honey if desired.
Cautions: Do not use if you have known allergies to aniseed, anethole or fennel or to plants of the Asteraceae (daisy) family such as blessed thistle. If you are pregnant and also nursing please consult your midwife or other pre-natal healthcare provider before using this product.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
